Review Stone’s (2013) premise on solutions (incentives, rules, facts, rights, and powers). Analyze your policy topic and the solutions proposed. Select at least 2 policy solutions for your topic.
• Describe the policy solutions.

◦Provide evidence of the proposed policy solution (think tank analysis, the actual legislation or regulation, or research article that describes the policy solution)

• Analyze the better policy option using Stone’s (2013) premise ◦ Consider each policy solution in relation to the (incentives, rules, facts, rights, and powers) and based on this analysis identify the solution that should be moved.
